All merchandise purchased November 1st - December 31st may be returned up until January 31st

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your merchandise you may return it for a full refund or request a replacement (when available) within the first 30 days. No refunds on baby pacifiers or custom ordered items! Orginal Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Include your name, address, phone number and order number if you have it with your return. In addition, if the person it was shipped to is different than the person who purchased the item please also include the purchasers name. Returns should be sent via U.S.P.S. with delivery confirmation or UPS. We will not be responsible for lost merchandise. When returning merchandise that is not damaged please add insurance on items over $50.00. Any defective or broken merchandise that you would like replaced will be shipped to you at our expense. Returns greater than 30 days and up to 45 days will be given an in store credit. No refunds after 45 days.

A restocking fee of 25% will be applied on all returns for customers with a pattern of large purchases (over $250.00) and./or a multiple returns . Shipping is also non-refundable in these situations.

On returns where original shipping charges are FREE if you return the item and do not accept an exchange or replacement item you will be charged for what our cost was for the original shipping charges when your credit is given. If you choose and exchange or replacement we will ship it to you at our expense.

We ship Monday through Friday. All orders received Friday after 1pm will be shipped on Monday unless it is a holiday weekend and then they will be shipped Tuesday. If you must have your merchandise shipped on a Friday after 1pm you must contact us by phone at 630-213-5800. There will be a $10.00 rush fee on such orders.

We do not guarantee delivery of merchandise to PO boxes or international orders. We will show proof of shipment of the merchandise if so requested.

No weekend deliveries. Deliveries arrive Monday-Friday regardless of shipment method chosen. You must call customer service if you need a weekend delivery.

International Shipment
All international orders must mail in or fax orders. Payment must accompany order . We accept U.S. money only or money orders. We accept Paypal on international orders for customers who are verified paypal members greater than 60 days.
