I just wanted to say Thanks again so much! The little frog arrived Fri. I told you that it was for my brother who is recovering from kidney cancer. He was a professional bass fisherman. His kids brought a little frog just like this one to the hospital when he had his kidney removed. He got such a kick out of it. He said in the months following that everytime he was in bad pain & feeling low, he would press that little frog's hand & no matter how bad he felt, it made him laugh. He is doing pretty good now & one of his son's has been taking him bass fishing with him. ...That is how he lost his other frog. My mom had made a little "life jacket & fishing cap" for it & they would take it with them to bass tournaments as their mascot. Well, he blew out of the boat & they didn't realize it until it was too late.:) My mom said he joked about it but she could tell he was just sick about losing it. We had looked everywhere for a replacement & had not found one until I found yours. I wish you could have seen his face when we brought it in to him last night. He got the biggest laugh out of it. He called all of his kids up & said guess who's here, then he would play the song for them on the phone. They say that laughter is the best medicine..........there was plenty of medicine last night. We laughed & laughed over him & that little frog. You really helped make his birthday one he will never forget.

I recently purchased one of your music boxes with my picture reproduced on the top. I just want to compliment you on the quality of the work and the speed of the shipping.
This was a present for my wife for Valentines Day, and the picture was of our two cats; one of which who passed away recently. My wife was quite taken with it.
I ordered my husband's grandfather one of your music boxes where you insert the photo. The box was absolutely beautiful. I also was able to pick the music from the standard songs list, "Somewhere my Love" I inserted a copy of his wedding photo. His wife has been gone now for several years and she used to play that song for him on the piano. Needless to say he actually cried when I gave it to him for Christmas. Still almost a month later he stares at it and listens to it often and still gets teary eyed, and he just keeps telling everyone how much it means to him. Thank you for helping me to make Gramp's Christmas extra special and have him feel closer to his wife who he misses so much.
I was sure it was going to be a disaster. The only gift my
3-1/2 daughter has ever asked Santa for couldn't be found until I saw your site. So, I ordered her requested music box and paid for two-day shipping. However, there was a mix-up at the warehouse and it was shipped ground and due to arrive after Christmas. Due to weather delays another package could not be guaranteed to ship overnight. So, I was bummed and upset for my daughter.
I spoke to Brenda on the phone after calling your customer service number. Not only did she apologize continuously for the error but promised me she would do what she could even though we both knew that the likelihood of my getting the music box was slim to none. However, Brenda did the miraculous!! She may not have been able to get me the music box from your store, but she went beyond all my expectations. She directed me to a store which just happened to be within a mile of my house in Jacksonville, Florida that had a music box almost identical to the one I had ordered! It was a store I never would have thought to go in to purchase such an item. I was able to run right over there and purchae the music box immediately.
KUDOS to you and your customer service! A HUGE THANK YOU to Brenda who can know that she saved Christmas for a little girl who wanted to "dance to the beautiful music" on Christmas morning. Months ago, I called wanting to order a certain musical carousel by Mr. Christmas. I spoke with your employee Mark. The item (#79901) was just impossible to find and Mark went above and beyond to try and find it for me.

I just came from my parents' house where a large shipment from emusical gifts was awaiting me... I brought the package home, and immediately tore it open... I WAS SO EXCITED!

We just had to write to thank you and commend you for your marvelous service. Jim (my husband) ordered the music box for me around noon on Saturday, 9/21. It arrived Wednesday 9/25, which we consider so quick as to be dizzying. However, we found that it was not the one we ordered. It played Christmas music but we had ordered the classic music. The next day (9/26) Jim called you to see what we needed to do, and you immediately arranged for FedEx to pick up the music box the following day (9/27), which they did, early in the morning. This was greatly appreciated, as we live in a rural area, so we didn't even have to go in to town to send the music box back to you. The correct music box was delivered Thursday 10/3. So, all of this was done in less than two weeks. You certainly provide very impressive services. I'm already saving for my next music box, which we will most definitely order from you. Incidentally, I love my music box. It is so beautiful, visually and musically, that it brings me joy.

This year for Christmas my mother sent my baby a horse that played music. It was the softest and sweetest toy and it soon became his favorite. Then last week the unthinkable happened. The horse stopped playing. I've never seen my one year old so devasted. He sobbed. I called my mother across the country to see if she could get another, only to find out that she had bought that from a dealer who picked it up at a Toy Fair, and he only bought one.
